Fresh out of High School and looking for a way to make some money, 18-year-old Camryn Fredrickson jumped at the opportunity to work at a family friend's HVAC company. Not knowing what he wanted to do for a living, he dove headfirst into an industry that would unknowingly become his future.

Spending summer days in a hot Florida attic wasn’t the ideal job for most, but Camryn was eager to embrace the challenges of learning the trade. Over the years, he worked alongside skilled mentors who taught him the ropes, and somewhere along the way, Camryn developed his own meticulous tricks. Gaining experience with several different AC companies, he recognized the superior quality of work he could provide if he did things his own way.

As his passion and work ethic set him apart, the dream of owning his own HVAC business began. After eight years in the industry, he finally turned that dream into reality. NextGen Heating & Cooling was built on one standard: the same high-quality service we would expect for our own home.
